Christmas Light Toggle

With the Frosty Modal now in use, Santa wants to brighten the workshop further by adding interactive Christmas Lights to the UI. However, the elves want a way to toggle these lights on and off for focus during busy times.

Challenge:

Build a toggle switch styled as a Christmas light bulb:

• The bulb should glow when "On" and dim when "Off."
• Include smooth transitions for the glow effect.
• Reuse this toggle for other holiday effects (e.g., snowfall).
